The ITSC Support Chatbot provides an automated machine-based response to your enquiries anywhere anytime.

Since the first trial launch of the ITSC Support Chatbot in Spring 2020 which only provided support on Two Factor Authentication (2FA) enquiries, the system has been enhanced to cover more frequently asked areas.  We hope it can facilitate our students, faculty and staff to obtain assistance with less physical contact.


​​​​​​​The ITSC Support Chatbot can be accessed via the ITSC website.  

You can chat with it by clicking the menu options or entering keywords of your enquiry. The chatbot will then guide you to the desired instructions.
