IT Training for Staff
With the fast-growing technology and release of new office tool features, it is important for our campus community to be updated with new IT knowledge and skills.
In the past year, ITSC has organised a number of IT trainings to address different needs of the staff community, e.g. productivity tools for administrative colleagues to increase productivity on their daily office functions, deep-dive in domain specific technology related trainings for department IT support colleagues, as well as cybersecurity security trainings and general IT updates for all staff members. With the unexpected arrival of the social unrest and the epidemic, a number of training sessions had to be cancelled and rescheduled. However, this raised an opportunity for us to review and deliver trainings online instead of face-to-face. This has also eased the video capturing of our trainings and helped publish them on ITSC Training Materials website.
